Wills

Are you wondering if now is a good time to make a Will? If YOU want to decide what happens to your property, then you need a Will. If you already have a Will, and you haven’t looked at it in a while or your circumstances have changed, you should take a look to see if still reflects your wishes. Who should get your house? Should your cousin still get your car? Don’t leave it until it’s too late, contact us for an appointment now.

Power of Attorney

When you’re fit and healthy you don’t necessarily need anyone else to do anything for you. When you die, your Will can deal with it all. But what if you’re not so well or can’t make decisions for yourself? That’s when an Attorney appointment under a Power of Attorney can step in for you.

An Attorney can do anything you can do at law, so when and how you appoint an Attorney is very important. Should you restrict what that person/people can do? For how long should they be appointed? There are many things that need to be considered. Let us explain the process of having an attorney and help you to have a document in place that is right for your needs.
